1:1 Chats
Each Roadmap member is required to have a monthly 1:1 meeting with a peer in the community in their YOE band.
Scheduling and attending these monthly 30min calls are the only “costs” to joining Roadmap.
Show and Tell
Members share their experiences on panels to practice public speaking, while educating the group and soliciting feedback.
While 1:1 matches are strictly between peers, all members regularly share insights.
Discussion
